Every one of our bags is handcrafted in the United Kingdom at our workshop in the heart of England, ensuring the highest standards of British craftsmanship.
What type of leather do you use?
We use premium quality, ethically sourced bovine leather. Our leathers are chosen for their durability and ability to age beautifully over time.
How long does shipping take?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. For international orders, shipping usually takes 5-10 working days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return a personalized or embossed item?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been personalized with embossing unless the item is found to be faulty.
What is your return policy for standard items?
You can return unused, non-personalized items in their original packaging within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
How should I care for my leather bag?
We recommend using a specialized leather protection cream and avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heavy rain. If the leather gets wet, wipe it dry immediately with a soft cloth.
